TO VOTE ABSENTEE "BY MAIL"

• Call the Election Commission to request an absentee ballot at (630) 407-5600, TDD: (630) 407-5631
• Provide information regarding where ballot should be sent and Party Ballot requested (for a Primary Election only)
• When ballots are available, both the required Application for Absentee Ballot form and the Absentee Ballot will be mailed to voter.
• The last day to mail an absentee ballot to a voter is the Thursday (5 days) prior to the election.

Voted ballot must be returned to the Election Commission office no later than 12:00 Noon on Election Day.
